Elektro Maribor, the public company for electricity distribution were obliged by law to move their business practice to a new company positioned as a new entity of the electricity distribution free market. The company was renamed into Energija plus, and for this reason we decided to incorporate the key messaging into our launch slogan We have gone to the plus switch. A comprehensive array of messages and tools were prepared with special attention placed on informing people about the new company, all the new bills that customers received were sent from the new company. We also needed to secure positive positioning and recognition for the company so the new players with lower prices would not overtake their customers.
